This policy explains how Intetrix Solutions, the company behind SwiftlyMFS, handles personal information collected through this website, swiftlymfs.com. It does not cover information that microfinance institutions keep in the SwiftlyMFS platform: that is governed by our written agreement with each institution, which remains responsible for its own clients' information.
What we collect
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation, email address, country and anything you write in your message.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your name as it appears there and what you write. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, which handles your messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
When you visit the website, our servers record standard technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the website secure and working.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and run a demonstration, and to follow up with you about SwiftlyMFS. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
We process it because you have asked us to respond to you, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping this website secure.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this website and to deliver email: our hosting provider, DigitalOcean, and our email delivery provider, Twilio SendGrid. They handle your information only on our instructions and under contracts that require them to protect it.
These providers may process information outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within the time the law allows.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Zimbabwe, that is the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ).
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
