No. SwiftlyMFS is fully hosted - there are no servers, backups or hardware to maintain. Products, rates, charges, approval chains and roles are all set up through the system's own screens.

Yes. Officers capture collections, new clients and loan applications with no signal, with receipt numbers checked on the phone. Everything is sent automatically when the signal returns - nothing is lost and nothing posts twice.

Yes. SwiftlyMFS runs in the browser on any modern computer, and installs to the home screen of Android phones and iPhones like an app - no app store needed.

Data is encrypted in transit, access follows each person's role, two-factor sign-in is available and every sensitive action is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log. Anything captured offline is encrypted on the phone until it is sent.

Pricing is based on the size of your institution - mainly your number of active loans and branches - and includes implementation, training and support. Everything described on this site is part of the platform; there are no modules to buy separately. Ask us for a quote and we'll set out the full cost in writing.
